What AKTU Has Announced

AKTU has officially declared the result of the 2024-25 carry over examinations on 29 November 2025. The notification has been sent to all institutes affiliated with the university so that students can be informed in time.

Students who are not satisfied with their marks and want their answer booklets to be re-evaluated under the challenge evaluation process can now apply as per the university guidelines. The process will follow the rules issued earlier by the Uttar Pradesh government and the office of the Hon’ble Governor/Chancellor.

Who Can Apply for Challenge Evaluation

The facility is open to all students of AKTU-affiliated institutes who appeared in the 2024-25 carry over exams for B.Pharm (even and odd semesters) and B.Tech (even semester). Only those students who feel there has been an error in evaluation or who are dissatisfied after viewing their evaluated copies should apply.

Before filling the challenge evaluation form, students must carefully go through the guidelines mentioned in Government Order number 39298/16-1099/17/2020 dated 11 September 2020, along with the related letter of the Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor/Chancellor. The notification clearly states that applications must strictly follow these standard instructions

Step 1: View Your Evaluated Answer Book

The process is divided into stages so that students can take an informed decision. In the first stage, students can apply only to view their already evaluated answer book.

  • To view the evaluated answer sheet, students must pay a fee of ₹300 per subject.
  • This payment and application will be made online through the university ERP login.
  • The window to apply for viewing the answer book is open from 5 December 2025 to 8 December 2025.

Once the application is submitted, the digitally evaluated answer booklet will be made available in the student’s ERP login for viewing.

Step 2: Apply for Challenge Evaluation

After checking the digital evaluated copy, if a student still feels dissatisfied with the evaluation, they can move to the next step. The student may then apply for challenge evaluation by paying the prescribed fee within the notified deadline.

The notification instructs institute heads to ensure that all interested students are informed promptly so they can complete the process on time. Institutions have also been asked to provide necessary support to students for submitting applications and fees without delay.

Officials Involved and Internal Directions

Copies of this notification have been sent to key university officials, including the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and Finance Officer of AKTU, Lucknow, for information and necessary action. It has also been shared with the Joint/Deputy Controller of Examinations and ERP in-charge to enable smooth online processing of applications.

The Public Relations Officer and the Staff Officer to the Vice Chancellor have also received the circular for wider dissemination and for placing the matter before the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor. The notification has been issued under the signature of Prof. Rajeev Kumar, Controller of Examinations.
