Mandatory Upload Of Detained Students List

Every affiliated college must upload or send the list of detained students on the university ERP login by 12 December 2025, up to 5:00 PM in the evening. This list should include all students (regular and carry-over) who have been detained as per the rules applicable at the institute level.

The circular makes it very clear that if any institute fails to submit this list by the given deadline, the university will assume that there are no detained students in that institute. In such a situation, AKTU will go ahead and issue admit cards to all students from that college.

Clear Message For Colleges And Students

The university has requested institutions to inform all students studying in their campus about this process and ensure timely action. Institutes have been urged to treat the matter seriously and complete the required steps within the stipulated time.

This move is aimed at bringing transparency in the exam process and ensuring that only eligible students appear in the offline semester examinations. It also puts responsibility on colleges to correctly mark and report detained students as per the ordinance rules.

Internal Communication And Follow-Up

Copies of the notice have been forwarded to key university officials including the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Registrar and Finance Officer of AKTU, Lucknow for information. The Joint and Deputy Controllers of Examination have also been informed for necessary examination-related action.

The ERP in-charge of AKTU has been directed to make sure the required online arrangements are in place so that institutes can upload the detained students’ data smoothly within time. The Public Relations Officer and the Staff Officer to the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor have also received the communication for record and further necessary action
