Subject: Ph.D. Registration of Candidates provisionally Admitted for the Session 2025-26 (Phase-I only)
Dear Candidates,
You are required to fill online registration form 30.12-2025 till 15.01.2026 along with requisite fee, through the following link:-https://erp.aktu.ac.in/webPage/Public/PHD/PHDRegistration/Instruction.aspx.
After submission of online registration fee, the allotment letter shall be generated through the portal. The printed form needs to be signed by the candidate, supervisor(s) and the head of the institution (Research Centre) where the proposed research is to be done.
Candidate should ensure that the Supervisor and head of institute must be affiliated to the same Research Centre. The same should be scanned and uploaded in pdf format in the annexure as mentioned in the AKTU ERP.
All candidates must ensure to submit the original copy of the uploaded registration form by hand or through Registrerd post in the office of Dean, PG Studies and Research, Dr, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Sector-11, Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow-226031 latest by 21/01/2026.
