AKTU Registration And Exam Forms 2025: Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh, has given a final chance to certain BPharm first-year students and other enrolled students who missed key deadlines for pre-registration, enrolment and exam forms. The university has temporarily reopened its ERP login portal for these pending processes on specific dates.
Final chance for BPharm first-year students
AKTU has announced that BPharm first-year students who completed their pre-registration by 15 November 2025, 11:59 pm, and also received a pre-registration number, but could not pay the required fees, now have one last opportunity to complete the process. For these students, the university’s ERP login will remain open from 6 December 2025 to 8 December 2025 to finish fee payment and complete pre-registration formalities.
The university has clearly stated that this window is only for students who have already done pre-registration earlier, and no fresh pre-registrations will be allowed during this period. Completing the pending steps through ERP within this time frame is mandatory for such students.

Relief for students of all courses
The notice also brings good news for students across all courses run by AKTU who could not fill or finally submit their enrolment or examination forms by the earlier deadlines. These students can now log in to the university’s ERP portal between 6 December 2025 and 10 December 2025 to fill and submit their pending enrolment and exam forms.
For all eligible students, completing these processes through the ERP login within the extended dates is compulsory; missing this chance may affect their enrolment status or ability to appear in exams. The university has urged students to take note of these dates seriously and act without delay.
Internal instructions to university officials
The circular has been issued from AKTU’s Lucknow campus, located at Jankipuram Extension, Sector 11, Sitapur Road, under letter number AKTU/KUS KA/Enrollment/2025/9605. The notice is signed by Dr D P Singh, Deputy Registrar, and copies have been sent to key officials including the Registrar, Finance Officer, Controller of Examinations, ERP in-charge and the staff officer to the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor for information and necessary action.
Officials handling the ERP system have been specifically instructed to ensure that all necessary technical steps are taken so that students can smoothly complete their pre-registration, enrolment and exam form processes within the given time.
